Confidentiality Forms

When our colleagues come to visit with us, they should have the expectation of confidentiality, whether it be for the content of our conversations or our observations of their teaching, etc.  Because of this, we have a Confidentiality Guidelines form, and a Confidentiality Agreement form.  Both of these forms have been approved by the General Counsel at SFA.

These forms will always be completed when working with faculty on development that will involve classroom observation.  Under other circumstances, completion of the forms will be up to the discretion of the individual seeking TEC services.  In all cases, whether or not the forms are signed, our colleagues can expect that the TEC staff will act professionally and respectfully regarding any exchanges that occur.
