Only junior and seniors with a GPA of 3.0 or better, and graduate students with a GPA of 3.2 or better may apply. This is a one-time award, so if you've every received Who's Who on a collegiate level, you cannot apply. The Who's Who award was created to recognize outstanding students on American campuses of higher education. Looking for a great place this spring to teach your child to swim? Campus Recreation is offering swim lessons starting Saturday, March 20. They will be held on Saturdays for six weeks, between 9 a.m. and noon. There will be no classes on Saturday, April 3. Each class will last 40 minutes, and sessions will be based on your child's swimming ability. The fee for lessons is $35 per child and includes one parent/guardian and one child. Please register at the Campus Recreation Administrative Office by Friday, March 19. Participant space is limited. The deadline to apply for May graduation is Monday, March 22. Any student planning to graduate in May MUST apply for graduation. To do so, come to the Registrar’s office in the Rusk Building, Room 204. Doctoral and Master students may call (936) 468-2455 or 2465 to find out if their degree plan is on file.  Marvin Hamlisch’s life in music is notable for its great versatility as well as substance. As composer, Hamlisch has won virtually every major award that exists: three Oscars, four Grammys, four Emmys, a Tony and three Golden Globe awards; and his groundbreaking show, “A Chorus Line," received the Pulitzer Prize.
He is the composer of more than 40 motion picture scores including his Oscar-winning score and song for “The Way We Were” and his adaptation of Scott Joplin’s music for “The Sting," for which he received a third Oscar.

Main St. Organized by the National Center for Children’s Illustrated Literature in Abilene, this retrospective by the prolific American husband and wife team includes illustrations for African folktales to Scandinavian epics, from fantasy to science fiction.
