The SFA Volunteer Program’s first Service Saturday of the semester is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 13. Participants will meet at 8:45 a.m. at the Involvement Center and carpool over to the work site. This month’s Service Saturday will be with Habitat for Humanity helping at their two house lots on Ritchie Street, so participants need to wear long pants and clothes that can get dirty. Service Saturdays take place three times per semester and are open to students, faculty and staff. They are designed to provide a different service opportunity each month out in the community. Sign up in the Involvement Center on the first floor of the Baker Pattillo Student Center or e-mail sfavolunteers@gmail.com.
