This major is designed for students who do not intend to pursue a graduate degree in psychology, but intend to pursue other careers or professions for which psychology would provide a meaningful background.

The student should also refer to the general university requirements for the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree for students in the College of Liberal & Applied Arts in the SFASU General Bulletin.

At least 18 of the 27 hours of advanced psychology courses must be taken at SFA.
