Andrew Terranova, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor
Developmental/Clinical
Research interests focus broadly on the factors that put youth and young adults at risk for adjustment difficulties. Most of my research to date has focused on factors that promote and discourage bullying in
elementary and middle school youth. I am also interested in what, if anything, the chronic targets of bullying can do to reduce future victimization, and why some children defend the target of bullies while
others encourage the bullies to pick on peers.
