Nomination Form for a Regents Speaker

You may nominate yourself or another SFA employee. If you are nominating yourself, complete and submit this form. Next, follow the directions on the Regents Speaker Submission Form. If you are nominating someone else, the committee will contact that person to determine his/her interest. If he/she is interested, he/she will be asked to follow the directions on the Regents Speaker Submission Form.

In order to be considered for a Fall semester speaker award, you must have all materials submitted by September 15th. In order to be considered for a Spring semester speaker award, you must have all materials submitted by January 31st.
