East Texas Research Center Offers Tour

East Texans with an interest in genealogy or historical research have the opportunity to improve their research skills at Stephen F. Austin State University.

The East Texas Research Center will host an informative tour of its facilities from 10:30 a.m. to noon Oct. 2 for members of the Nacogdoches Genealogical Society and all other interested individuals.

The event is scheduled in conjunction with National Archives Week, and it will include an introduction to the center’s electronic resources. Participants will learn how to locate materials.
