Emergency An emergency is a situation which can cause bodily harm, structural damage, or a work stoppage. In the event an emergency occurs during regular business hours, please contact Physical Plant at 3206 or University Police immediately. Otherwise after hours contact University Police at 2608. The following are some examples of what would be classified as an emergency:

Fire, smoke, or burning odors
Natural gas odors
Heavy flooding
Loss of power or water
Explosion

If at any time you are uncertain whether a present situation would be considered an emergency, please contact the Physical Plant or UPD immediately, we will assist you accordingly.

Notes:
~Weekends are billed as one day only i.e. deliver Friday-pickup Monday = 1 day.
~Special Services fees include delivery and pick up (set-up/tear-down is not included).
~Lost, stolen or damaged equipment will be billed to renter at cost plus freight.
~Some equipment is available for weekly or monthly rental, call for special pricing.
~There is a minimum $20.00 charge per transaction.

~ Substantial surcharge applies for after-hours/weekends/holiday set-up and tear down.
