“12 Danger Zones of Supervision”

This session is designed for supervisory/managerial employees. In this first session, topics covered will be Hiring, Documentation/Evaluation, Discipline and Firing.  This course was taught last year as individual modules. This year the subject matter is being grouped in quarterly sessions. The classes will be longer but will cover subjects that overlap.

 If you have had the course previously you may be interested in the follow up “Confident Supervisor”(bottom of the page). This course will cover “best practices” and tips for dealing with hiring, firing, discipline and performance evaluations.

"Confident Supervisor"

This is a new series that will provide training in critical areas such as hiring, performance evaluations, discipline and firing. This training will provide “best practices” guidance in the areas mentioned above.  Prior enrollment in the “12 Danger Zones of Supervision” is NOT a requirement for this training.
