Save a Life - Learn QPR

 

Suicide is the second leading cause of death for college students, and this tragic statistic is no exception at Stephen F. Austin.  The good news is that suicide is a highly preventable tragedy when individuals in the community are aware of the signs of suicidal thinking and know how to respond.  This two hour workshop will provide information and interesting interactive experiences on “Questioning, Persuading, and Referring.” On completion, each participant will receive certification as a “Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper.”
