The State of Texas requires that all faculty and staff, both full-time and part-time (excluding undergraduate student assistants), be trained on employment discrimination law including sexual harassment. The purpose of this training is to comply with Chapter 21, Sec. 21.010 of the Texas Labor Code, which requires all employees of the agency to attend an employment discrimination training program to provide the employee with information regarding the agency's policy and procedure on employment discrimination and sexual harassment. At SFA, every employee must attend an on-site training upon hire and complete an on-line retraining every two years thereafter.  Credit cannot be given without the completion of the online form at the end of this training.  If you have any questions or experience technical difficulties, please contact Human Resources at 468-2304 or .
