NEW EMPLOYEES!!!

All full-time employees are required to attend a New Employee Orientation (NEO).  These orientations are usually held on Mondays mornings at 8:30.  New employees should contact the Human Resources Office to schedule a time, if your department has not already done so.  The following forms are completed during the orientation in order to be set up in the payroll system and eligible to work at the University.  New employees are welcome to download these forms and bring them to the NEO, but will also be provided at NEO.  Those employees that work off campus, or another city and are unable to come to NEO can download these forms and mail them to the Human Resources Office, P.O. Box 13039, SFA Station, Nacogdoches, Texas, 75962.  If you have any questions or want to schedule an orientation contact Judy Eddings at 936-468-2304 or via email: eddingsjl@sfasu.edu.

  • USCIS Form I-9.  New Employees only need to complete section one and be prepared to show the proper documentation(See page 4 of form) at NEO.  If you are a new employee working off campus, section two of the document should be completed by a Notary, along with the following form: Notarization Form.  The notarization form should be completed and mailed as well as copies of the original documentation used to complete section two.
