Compensation Plan for Classified and Non-Classified Staff

Official University Titles

All University titles have changed. Please take a look at the new titles which are now abbreviated and consist of only 25 characters or less. The titles are arranged in alphabetical order and organized by job group.  For example, the previous job title Administrative Assistant is now an ASST ADMIN and a Custodial Worker I is a WKR CUST I.

Pay Grade Ranges 2007-2008

Finding your pay grade range is easy.  First, take a look at your salary schedule according to your job title.  Second, the first two numbers in your salary schedule determine the pay grade that you are in. For example, the ASST ADMIN salary schedule is B/180/A,  this makes all ASST ADMIN a grade 18.

Personnel Action Requests

Personnel Action Requests-or, as they are more commonly known around campus, PARs-are used for approving various functions, including appointing new employees, making changes in assignments to current employees, and terminations.
