This site provides information and training for employees who create or approve Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAFs) that initiate changes to employee job records.

- EPAF Desk Manual - This provides step-by-step instructions for each type of EPAF. This manual also provides a glossary of terms that will define any unfamiliar HR/EPAF jargon.

- Terminate Employment (Faculty/Staff) - TERM02 - This is the EPAF you would use to end a faculty or staff members employment at SFASU. This is more than just their assignment.
- EPAF Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - This is a list of questions that were brought up during the EPAF trainings. These will help answer some of the more basic and common questions EPAF users will have.
- EPAF ListServ Instructions - Regular updates, reminders, and tips will be sent to those on campus who choose to subscribe to the EPAF ListServ.
- EPAF Contact List - This will provide EPAF Originators with a list of appropriate contacts to help expedite responses and ensure the most accurate answer.
- EPAF Origination Request Form – This form is submitted by departments requesting Human Resources originate an EPAF and submit on their behalf. This form is to be used specifically for salary supplements (including teaching overloads).
- EPAF Processing and Cutoff Calendar -
To improve communications regarding EPAF processing, Human Resources has developed a calendar of EPAF Apply Cutoff dates as well as EPAF submission lead time dates (given the current estimated routing times).
