Awards
Oustanding Graduate Student Award (Marilyn Odom) Nominator Form	Nominations may be made by any SFA graduate faculty member; the nominating faculty member will complete this form with the help of the nominee.
Oustanding Graduate Student Award (Marilyn Odom) Nominee Form	Award nominees complete this form and have it submitted with the nominator form.
Outstanding Thesis Award (William R. Johnson) Nomination Form	Completed by the thesis director and submitted with a copy of the thesis.
Exhibition Completion
Proposal Approval	Must be signed by the exhibition advisory committee and approved by the Vice President of Graduate Studies and Research.
Application for Exhibition Examination	A completed application must be filed in the Graduate Office at least one week before the examination and no later than three (3) weeks before the day of commencement.

Thesis Completion
Proposal Approval	Must be signed by the thesis advisory committee and approved by the major academic department chair.
Application for Thesis Examination	Can only be completed after the thesis draft or manuscript is submitted to the Graduate Office. A completed application must be filed in the Graduate Office at least one week before the examination and no later than three (3) weeks before the day of commencement.
