If you are searching for a conference or summer camp site, welcome to the website for the Stephen F. Austin State University Conferences and Summer Camps Office. Nestled in the beautiful, piney woods of East Texas, The University is host to numerous camps and conferences each summer. See our virtual walking tour to view the sites of interest on campus. Stephen F. Austin State University is located in the heart of Nacogdoches, Texas, the oldest town in Texas.

At the camp/conference office, our mission is to provide a one-stop reservation process for Conference Directors that is easy, quick and hassle free. Following the guidelines of the Conference Director's Handbook and the University Center Operations Policy will help make this process fast and easy. SFA Summer Camps and Conferences 2009 Cost

 

  1. HOUSING IN SFA RESIDENCE HALLS except Lumberjack Lodge and Lumberjack Village

    $ 20.00 Private room per night

    $ 16.75 Double occupancy per night

 

INSURANCE -(estimate)

.35 cents Per Camper / Night / Day

 

ADMINISTRATIVE / MEAL CARD FEE: $1.00 per person.

 

FOOD SERVICE *

$ 5.54 - Breakfast

$ 6.88 - Lunch

$ 7.32 - Dinner

$ 19.74 Total

 

STUDENT CENTER

Late Charge $35.00 per hour after 9pm

Tech. Service Charge 10.00 per hour per man

Change Charge $25.00 each

 

( ** Lost key and Housing Damage charges are assessed after each camp.)

* Camps requesting service in the cafeteria will be responsible for paying for the meals requested, regardless of the number of meals eaten. All camps staying in residence halls are required to have a meal plan. SFA Dining Services will charge 75 percent of the group total if a group does not show up for a scheduled meal and the Reservations office was not notified.
