No. If you have gone through the troubleshooting process to this point and have followed the links to this line item, resolution of the IP conflict will require the intervention of network support personnel. To submit an Ethernet work order, contact the SHACK at 1514 Baker St. at 468-HELP (4357). Be sure to include a problem description indicating that the problem is an IP address conflict.
