I have an Ethernet card installed with the correct drivers and I have the correct cable but it is still not working. What do I do?
 
   
 
   
Go through the troubleshooting steps in the Connectivity Troubleshooting Guide for Windows Users or for Mac Users to verify the necessary components are installed and configured properly. This troubleshooting guide is available on the SFA's ResNet web site and on SFA's ResNet Support CD, a copy of which should be available at the front desk or office of your residence hall, as well as other key locations on campus.
