It typically takes between 30 and 60 seconds for a system to "synch" and gain network access after the network cable is connected. At this point you can open a web browser (i.e Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.) to see if you are able to open web pages.

Yes. Congratulations! You have successfully connected to the SFA network.

No. You will need to verify that your system is properly configured for the SFA network.

What Windows operating system are you using?
Windows users can refer to item 41 of the Connectivity Troubleshooting Guide for Windows Users and Mac Users to item 15 of the Connectivity Troubleshooting Guide for Mac Users for assistance in determining what operating system you are using.
